Why by invitation?

This part of our business refers to the business and industry sector (staff restaurants). We are essentially a concession caterer and to date we have only one site of this nature. It’s a pretty special venue we think - the client in question saw a couple of the venues we operate and said “we want this in our business” and that’s essentially what we have done. Within the company there are individuals with lots of experience within the business and industry sector and if we are honest our experiences were pretty variable. 

We all felt that if this was an area we were going to work within at all we were going to do it our way!There are truly enough companies who will do whatever the client demands even if it’s wrong, not us...

We have taken the Couture ideology (see our Ten Commandments) and produced small, well executed menus, service with a smile, whilst always supporting artisan producers and very much not trying to be all things to all people. We operate as Couture within the venue (packaging, branding, the works) as we have a food identity rather than “the company” within which we are operating.

This might sound a bit arrogant but as they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating and that’s where we really do deliver. Like in our Food Halls, we want to deliver a real sense of community, great food every day that you really do want to eat. Food that’s right for girls and boys without compromising our standards by trying to do too much!

We don’t want to get into the business and industry bidding/tender circus but we are happy for you to come and see this part of the business by prior arrangement. If you like what we do and we like you too, we will put a proposal together for you of what having Couture within your business could mean...
